Synopsis: Superman tries to control the effects of inhaling Doomsday’s spores, but he continues to transform. Lana learns that the reason Smallville residents are still in comas is due to their brain energy being sent into space, and informs Wonder Woman. Lois talks to Metallo about a mission. Steel tries to help but ends up fighting the Atomic Skull. Superman battles Metallo while trying to save him. A Kryptonite cloud is dispersed in the atmosphere. This just ends up making Superman transform further into Doomsday.
